- Breaks down technical requirements into tasks to plan an iteration with the scrum team.
- Collaboratively codes, tests, and builds software according to requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Supports the Technical Product Manager in preparing requirements for forthcoming iterations.
- Accountable for maintaining code quality.
- Continuously improves processes, supported by the Scrum Master.
- Continuously works with teams to improve technical practices.
- Attends scrum ceremonies.
- Creates High-Level Design (HLD).
- Supports the deployment and feature release process.
- Takes part in the sizing process.
- Designs, codes, debugs, and tests software.
- Troubleshoots issues in test and production environments.
- Cooperates with other development teams to deliver new capabilities.
- Innovates to improve application stability and performance.
- Learns business requirements and translates them into implementation details.
- Assists in the development of software technical documentation.
- Demonstrates expertise in skills as required by the program.
- Demonstrates expertise in development and CI tools.
- Solid Unix/Linux knowledge or as stated in the program's tech stack requirements.
- Minimum of 8 years of technical experience, including 3 years of hands-on technical design lead and programming experience.
