Develop and configure ServiceNow modules related to IT Asset Management, including Asset, Configuration, Contract, and Procurement Management.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules to ensure accurate asset information and license compliance. Integrate ServiceNow ITAM solutions with other IT systems, such as Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs), help desk systems, and procurement systems

ServiceNow Developer – ITOM

Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Customize and configure workflows, forms, fields, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other ServiceNow components.
Implement and configure ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules, such as discovery, Service Mapping, event management, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration data within the CMDB.
Monitor and manage infrastructure events, alerts, and incidents using ServiceNow Event Management.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other monitoring tools and systems.

Servicenow Developer - Integrated Risk Management (IRM)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MIS, mathematics, or related field.
6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, including application development, configuration, and customization.
Experience configuring, implementing, and/or supporting ServiceNow modules, including the following in order of preference: (Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, Audit Management); Security Operations-Vulnerability Response; Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management; Service Catalog, Service Portal, and/or CMDB.
