Job Description

Responsibilities: •

  • Service Management: Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet business needs and performance targets. •
  • Project Coordination: Manage projects involving Pega applications, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. •
  • Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, •
  • Pega Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Pega solutions to optimize business processes. •
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of developers, analysts, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. • 
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all solutions comply with banking regulations and mitigate potential risks. •
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. •
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with business units, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Qualifications: • 
  • Experience: Extensive experience in service delivery management, business analysis, and Pega implementation within the banking sector. • 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Pega, business process management, and banking systems will be most suitable for this role •
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. •
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA), Agile Coach, or PMP are advantageous. •
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
