Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems.

• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements.

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Contribute to the architectural direction and strategic technology decisions.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• Proficiency in [e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or specific tech stack].

• Strong knowledge of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

• Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Spring, .NET Core, Django).

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
