SAP SuccessFactors Consultant(Job No 1001)

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules, with strong expertise in HR processes and business transformation. This role involves working closely with clients to understand business requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure successful delivery of SuccessFactors projects.

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding).
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, solution design workshops, and gap analysis with business stakeholders.
• Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules according to best practices and client needs.
• Provide technical and functional support post-go-live.
• Develop test scenarios, conduct unit and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Deliver user training and produce high-quality documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems (e.g., payroll, time management, third-party applications).
• Stay updated with the latest SAP releases and SuccessFactors roadmap.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
• 7-8 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (certification preferred).
• Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of SuccessFactors.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
