Establish and run an operating governance model from scratch for Offshore

Development Center (ODC) within operating model of Global Inhouse Center (GIC)

thus creating a seamless extended offshore centre

-Establish and run key performance metrics, risk management protocols, and

continuous monitoring systems to define and implement clear benchmarks for

tracking the success of the ODC and mitigating potential risks.

-Run regular assessments and adjustments to ensure alignment with organizations digital

transformation goals, ensuring sustained effectiveness and adaptability in

operations by leveraging insights into India's IT ecosystem, vendor landscape,

workforce dynamics, and cultural nuances to establish a robust & sustainable ODC

that supports business objectives

-Establish and enforce practices to maintain financial discipline and ensure the

adherence to financial and regulatory controls for the engagement.

-Ensure that spending remains within the committed budget and maintain oversight

of SOW expenditures throughout the financial year

-Own and govern the payment lifecycle of the sourcing strategy, invoice validation

processes, ensuring full compliance with supplier agreements.

-Implement and maintain streamlined offshore onboarding, offboarding, and

resource allocation processes aligned with agreed governance.

-Drive operational visibility and transparency by delivering performance dashboards,

MIS reports, and robust governance frameworks for offshore operations.

-Proactively manage operational and financial risks associated with offshore delivery

to ensure business continuity and resilience.
