Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team and help us attract top technical talent. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the IT industry and proven experience in full-cycle recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical positions, while building a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles for IT and technical roles.

  • Source potential candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

  • Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and role suitability.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and candidates.

  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and interviews in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Extend offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.

  • Stay updated on current recruiting trends, technology, and labor market conditions.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for future hiring needs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition.

  • Strong understanding of various IT roles (e.g., developers, engineers, system admins, cybersecurity specialists).

  • Experience with sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
