The IT Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing IT infrastructure projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves coordinating resources, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure initiatives that align with organizational objectives

Project Planning and Execution:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure projects adhere to ITIL and industry best practices.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.

Ensure projects remain within approved budgets

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
Experience in project management, process design & implementation and application architecture (certifications like PM P, Prince2, ITI L, TOGAF, etc. are a plus)
Experience in post-production support and incident management
Certifications/accreditations in IT is a plus

Previous GCC experience is a plus

Team Coordination:

Lead cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, and vendors.
Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure timely project delivery.

Risk and Issue Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines.

Quality Assurance:

Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of IT infrastructure systems (servers, networks, storage, etc.).
Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and procedures.
