4+ yrs relevant experience.
Provide technical support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
Manage and maintain the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) process lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, tracking, and disposal of IT assets.
Maintain the inventory of (Laptop, accessories)
Involve the procurement activities ( Understand business budget, Forecast to vendor, Raising the PO, receiving in system, Payment to vendor)
Sound working knowledge in Service Now
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to hardware and software management.
Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and support new technologies and initiatives.
Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Provide training and support to end-users on hardware and software usage.
Monitor and manage desktop security, including antivirus, encryption, and patch management.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise and support.

Primary Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Experience with desktop hardware, software, and peripheral installation and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
