Global Delivery Head(Job No 972)

Global delivery leader with a growth-oriented mindset with the ability to execute seamlessly in a dynamic business environment. 22+ years of delivery experience with extensive knowledge of healthcare and life sciences customers. Should have a demonstrated track record of outstanding success delivering enterprise solutions leading cross-functional multisite delivery teams. Experience leading delivery portfolio spanning 1000+ team and $50 Mn+ book of business would be preferred. Work experience with HCLS GCC would be preferred.

Responsibilities: -

• Managing delivery and carry P&L responsibility for portfolio of HCLS clients.   
• Define a compelling vision for delivery and service offerings by forming a comprehensive understanding of clients, users and business objectives  
• Leverage best-in-class delivery practices and solutions to add real value for clients and drive growth  
• Own the deployment and delivery of various programs / projects and ensure proper delivery against timeline, budget, and impact.  
• Lead execution of delivery process improvements.  
• Provide feedback to internal partners on solution enhancements or new product constructs.  
• Maintain industry exposure to allow self and team to dynamically consult with customers on successful solution deployment strategies and best practices.  
• Accountable for revenue realization to operate at a committed margin.  
• Ensure engagement, profitability and customer satisfaction.  
• Develop and grow business, validate delivery models and support metrics.   
• Manage location-related responsibilities in close coordination with Admin, facilities, HR and RMG teams
