GenAI Expertise

• Advanced experience with prompt tuning, re-ranking, and chunking techniques
• Expertise in sourcing and optimizing outputs from various AI models
• Strong understanding of agent frameworks and their automation capabilities
• Comprehensive experience with GenAI orchestration tools
• Expert knowledge of embedding generation and vector storage systems
• Advanced experience in unstructured data processing and document extraction
• Experience evaluating multiple models (Sonnet V2, OpenAI, Hugging Face)
• Direct experience using LangChain and LlamaIndex for end-to-end GenAI pipelines

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Mentoring capabilities for junior team members
• Strong technical decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in cross-team collaborations

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure cloud services
• Knowledge of Kubernetes orchestration
• Familiarity with voice/speech generative AI projects
• Experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf etc.)
• Docker containerization experience
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions, with a proven portfolio in GenAI implementation and backend integrations.
• Additional: Prior mentoring or leadership experience within technical teams is highly desirable.
