Job Description:

• Single point of contact for the assigned client contact(s), available during the time zone of the markets they cover
• Provide solutions on the services provided and supporting the clients on self-service & platform related queries
• Communicate effectively on scope, timelines, processes and driving effective program anagement.• Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to align and manage expectations acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that all their demands with a focus on improving the customer experience.
• Business As Usual (BAU)
• Manage claim production & approval process
• Responsible for affiliate brix production process
• Facilitate APCM & tactic approval process
