- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in the life sciences industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects within biotech, pharma, medical devices, or CRO environments.
- Experience leading global or multi-site projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations, standards, and processes (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP, GxP, ISO).
- Familiarity with clinical development, regulatory submissions, manufacturing, or commercialization processes.
