C++ Developer/ Lead

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications using C++.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop high-quality, efficient, and reliable code.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Document software functionality and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar role. Strong proficiency in C++ and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Familiarity with software development tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with AWS or GCP or Azure is a plus.
